How We Safeguard Personal Data Under India’s Data Protection Law

We collect and process personal information only for clear and legitimate purposes related to the services we provide. All data handling practices are transparently described in our Privacy Policy, ensuring that information is used responsibly and only when necessary.

Data Security & Protection

Protecting personal information is a key priority for our platform. We implement strong technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse of data. Our security practices are regularly reviewed and updated to address evolving cyber threats and industry standards.

Data Breach Reporting

If a security incident occurs that may affect personal data and potentially cause harm to individuals, we will take immediate action to investigate and contain the issue. In such cases, affected users and the appropriate regulatory authority in India will be informed within the legally required timeframe, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Protection of Children’s Data

We recognize the importance of safeguarding the personal information of minors (individuals under 18 years of age). Personal data related to children is processed only when authorized by the relevant institution or guardian responsible for providing consent. Appropriate procedures are followed to ensure that parental or guardian permission is obtained where required by law.

Right to Access Your Data

Individuals have the right to request a summary of the personal data being processed about them and the purposes for which it is used. Upon request, we can also provide information regarding any third parties with whom such data may have been shared as part of service delivery.

Right to Correct or Update Information

We aim to keep all personal information accurate and up to date. If you believe any information associated with your account is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, you may contact our support team to request corrections or updates.

Right to Data Deletion

If you decide to stop using our services and would like your personal information removed from our systems, you may submit a deletion request. We will remove the requested data unless we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
